Hello, I'm Cortney. I'm a graphic designer and creative leader with more than 20 years of experience creating strategic print, digital, environmental, and brand marketing materials for clients across healthcare, education, nonprofit, corporate, and agency sectors.
Throughout my career, I've partnered with organizations of all sizes to develop creative solutions that are both visually compelling and purpose-driven. My experience spans publication design, branding, advertising, direct mail, web design, environmental graphics, packaging, promotional products, and marketing campaigns, with a passion for conceptual thinking and bringing ideas to life from concept through production.
Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake, AMA Baltimore, Harford Day School, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Dixon Valve & Coupling, Garrison Forest School, GBMC, Friends School of Baltimore, Sheppard Pratt Health System, the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, the University of Maryland School of Nursing, Black & Decker, and many others.
My career has progressed from designer to creative director, leading multidisciplinary projects, collaborating directly with clients, mentoring team members, and delivering work that balances strong design with strategic goals. Today, I continue to help organizations tell their stories through thoughtful, effective design that connects with their audiences.
